About the event
If you're feeling stuck creatively, need inspiration, or need to bolster your self-expression, Reiki can help!! Reiki works by balancing the chakras (the body's energy centers) for optimal mental and physical health. I will work with participants' chakras that, when functioning optimally, promote increased creativity, feelings of power/self esteem, and self expression.
This session will last approximately 30-35 minutes with time for people to discuss what they felt afterward if they wish. Participants should be in a quiet, comfortable environment, either sitting or lying down. During the session, people might see colors, feel warm, tingly, sleepy, or feel nothing at all.
Please log into the session on time, as once the session starts, I can't admit anyone new.
Group participation is limited to 15 people.
