The upcoming workweek can be daunting!! And Reiki can help you feel better, pretty much instantly!!**

Reiki works by balancing the chakras (the body's energy centers) for optimal mental and physical health. I will work with participants' chakras that, when functioning optimally, promote feelings of grounding (root), power/self-confidence (solar plexus), self-love (heart) and self-expression (throat).

I'll begin the session with some gentle Qigong movement to wake up our body's energy centers, and then once you get settled in, I'll connect with your energy and begin sending Reiki to the aforementioned chakras. I will give light guidance during this session for optimal stress-relief and to make sure you get the most out of this session.

You'll want to be in a quiet, comfortable environment where you won't be disturbed for an hour, either sitting or lying down. And, you don't have to "do" anything! Just receive the universal life-force energy being sent your way. During the session, you might see colors, feel warm, tingly, sleepy, or feel nothing at all. If you don't feel anything, that's okay - you'll still be receiving the Reiki.

This session will last approximately 30-35 minutes with time for people to discuss what they felt afterward if they wish.
