About the event
The upcoming workweek can be daunting!! And Reiki can help you feel better, pretty much instantly!!*
Reiki works by balancing the chakras (the body's energy centers) for optimal mental and physical health. I will work with participants' chakras that, when functioning optimally, promote feelings of grounding (root), power/self-confidence (solar plexus), self-love (heart) and self-expression (throat).
I will give light guidance during this session for optimal stress-relief and to make sure you get the most out of this session.
This session will last approximately 30-35 minutes with time for people to discuss what they felt afterward if they wish. Participants should be in a quiet, comfortable environment, either sitting or lying down. During the session, people might see colors, feel warm, tingly, sleepy, or feel nothing at all.
Please log into the session on time, as once the session starts, I can't admit anyone new.
Group participation is limited to 15 people.
