I primarily provide virtual treatments for animals, because I want an animal to feel comfortable in their own environment, and many animals don't sit still long enough for the Reiki to take effect in their body. A practitioner should never force an animal to sit still or to have a stranger's hands on them for extended periods of time, as that will only increase discomfort and stress in your beloved companion.
If we decide to do an in-person session*** at your home (as of now, only available in Astoria), I can start with distance, and if your beloved companion wishes for me to lay my hands on them, I can do that while not breaking the distance connection, so they can come and go, according to their comfort level.
Additionally, I can't have any animals brought to my home because of my pet parrots, Olive and Chloe.
When we have the video call, or even in person, I'll connect with your animal energetically the way I would a person, it's the same process.

***Please note, as with my human clients, I never, ever recommend Reiki as a primary treatment for any issue. However, if you are already trying traditional medical treatments, and your AC needs something extra to help them feel more like themselves, Reiki is an excellent option. An additional charge of $25 will apply to in-person treatments.
