Reiki Treatment Polices
Booking a Reiki Treatment
Please note that payment is due at the time of the booking. You can contact me to set up an appointment. In person, I work from Manhattan in 2 locations, at 90 Broad Street or 41 Union Square West.
Please note, if you are intending to book a virtual Reiki treatment, the time indicated is East Coast Time.
Once your session is booked, you will receive and email with pertinent information about
exact location of booking if in person, and zoom link if booking virtually. You will also
receive a PDF of treatment policies and a request to acknowledge you have read and
understand these policies.

Cancelling a Reiki Treatment
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your Reiki treatment, you will be charged a $50-$60 fee, depending on treatment length. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not message me beforehand, either in-person or virtually, you will be charged for the full price of the session.
Lateness
If you are going to be late for your Reiki treatment, either in-person or virtually, please be sure to message me either at crescentmoonreikinyc@gmail.com or text or call 347-927-0256.
For in-person only - because I rent rooms from a third party, unfortunately, I cannot extend the session, and, if you are very late, with only 15 minutes left for a treatment, you will still be charged for the full session, and have to reschedule.
It is unlikely I will be running very late for the session, but anything is possible, and you have the option of a full refund or a rebooking at no extra charge.
As for virtual sessions, I can be a bit more flexible. If you are running late for a virtual session, I may be able to accommodate extending the session if there isn't another appointment after yours, and I have time left in my scheduled work day. If I cannot accommodate you if you are very late, you will still be charged, and have to rebook.
Privacy
All client information and treatment details are completely confidential, including, but not limited to; personal information such as first and last name, email, phone number, payment information, issues discussed, treatment administered, and further course of treatment.
Financial Hardship
I never want to turn anyone away who needs a Reiki treatment, if you are experiencing financial difficulties, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll see what I can do to get you some kind of relief.
