When our chakras are stuck or blocked, we don't feel well, either physically, mentally, or both. I'll use Reiki to balance your main energy centers from root to crown to make sure your body and mind are at optimal functioning. You'll get onto the table fully-clothed, where I will scan all your chakras to see which ones need more or less Reiki. Then, you'll lie face down in a comfy face cradle so I can access your root chakra, and then for the rest of your treatment, you will lie face up with your head on a comfortable pillow where an eye pillow will be placed over your eyes if you wish, and a sheet or blanket over your body if you're chilly. Once I am finished with working on all the chakra positions, I will gently rouse you back from a place of incredible relaxation and then we can have a closing chat based on my observations while treating you.
