You'll get comfortable in your own space, full-clothed, and have an eye pillow or sleep mask and blanket or sheet at the ready if you need to block out light or get chilly. You'll connect via bluetooth to your device so you can best benefit from the audio I will play. Once I am finished with working on all the chakra positions, I will gently rouse you back from a place of incredible relaxation and then we can have a closing chat based on my observations while treating you.
