If there are no particular issues that stand out and you just want relaxation, I can do a treatment that covers all the body positions, including the head and the back. It's a wonderful way to relax and unwind! You'll get onto the table fully-clothed, and rest your head on a comfortable pillow. An eye pillow will be placed over your eyes if you wish, and a sheet or blanket over your body if you're chilly. I will then do some preliminary assessment work to get a sense of what your aura is like and scan your chakras to further determine the best course of your treatment. I will give you a full body treatment with positions on your front, your head and your back, all while playing a soothing tone with intermittent gentle bells, a playlist of your favorite kind of music, or, if you prefer, in silence. Once I am finished with working on all the positions on your body, I will gently rouse you back from a place of incredible relaxation and then we can have a closing chat based on my observations while treating you.
