We start this treatment by having a conversation about one or two areas you want to focus on, such as sore lower back, digestive issues, tight shoulders, anxiety, etc. Included in this treatment are either the upper torso and heart, or the head, depending on our conversation and what information comes up when we first talk and I scan your chakras. Then you'll get onto the table fully-clothed, and rest your head on a comfortable pillow where an eye pillow will be placed over your eyes if you wish, and a sheet or blanket over your body if you're chilly. I will then do some preliminary assessment work to get a sense of what your aura is like and scan your chakras to further determine whether I work on torso or head in addition to the areas we already discussed, all while playing a soothing tone with intermittent gentle bells, a playlist of your favorite kind of music, or, if you prefer, in silence. Once I am finished with working on the targeted positions on your body, I will gently rouse you back from a place of incredible relaxation and then we can have a closing chat based on my observations while treating you.
