About the event

Many people feel anxiety associated with beginning the work week on Sunday night. I'll focus on the Root, Solar Plexus, and Third Eye, to help restore a sense of calm and control to get you through your Monday.

*Please note I only treat individuals identifying as women and non-binary at my Astoria location. I treat all genders at the Manhattan locations. Virtual treatments are available for those who live outside the New York City metropolitan area or who don't want to be in the Astoria space which I share with two birds or individuals identifying as men who don't wish to come to the Manhattan locations.
